Under a metal roof most of the heat arriving is radiant. This material puts a reflective foil face on both sides of a closed-cell foam core, turning that heat back before it reaches the roof space. It also blocks moisture, dampens rain noise and resists mould and chemical attack, which is why it has become the default for warehouses, factories and cold stores.
