The same closed-cell polyethylene used in roof insulation, supplied thin and in long rolls. Under laminate and engineered flooring it takes up minor substrate variation, softens impact noise and blocks moisture rising from the slab. As packaging it wraps furniture, glass and finished metalwork without scuffing the surface.
