Pre-formed sleeves that slide straight onto the pipe, with a metalized outer skin that reflects radiant heat and stands up to handling. The closed-cell polyethylene core insulates hot and cold lines alike and resists moisture, so it suits chilled water and condensate as readily as hot water and solar. Because it is sized by pipe bore rather than sold as sheet, there is no cutting and taping to fit.
